This Privacy Policy explains how Pick-Up & Drop-Off collects and uses personal information when you use the Driver PickMyOrder mobile application and driver portal to accept and complete delivery jobs.

Information we collect

Account details: name, email, mobile number, and password
Driver application data: vehicle type, identity information, and documents you submit for approval
Location data: when you are online and completing deliveries, to assign jobs and show progress to customers
Device and usage data: app version, crash logs, and security events

How we use your information

To review and approve driver applications
To assign delivery jobs and communicate about active orders
To process driver earnings and payouts where applicable
To maintain platform security and comply with legal obligations

Location data

When you go online or accept a delivery, the app uses your device location in the foreground only to show your position on the map, assign nearby orders, and share delivery progress with customers. We do not collect location when you are offline or when the app is closed in the background.

Camera and photos

If you upload profile or vehicle documents in the driver portal, you may choose to take a photo with your camera or pick an image from your gallery. The native driver app does not access your camera in the background — uploads happen only when you choose to add a document.
